  • A complete, interactive experience - members can request video themes and suggest charities we donate to each month.

What's all this about GIVING BACK?
I am super thrilled about implementing a totally revolutionary new business model.  In Yoga Club with Angie, a percentage of the profits from the membership fees will be donated every month to a worthwhile humanitarian or environmental cause.

We started with a 2% donation rate. We are now at a 4% donation rate. For every 50 new monthly members who join us, the donation rate increases by 1% until we reach a 90% donation rate!!

This is my dream, to give back, not only helping ourselves and our well being using the tools of yoga, but also using our momentum as a community to make a difference in the world and be a part of something that is bigger than each of us individually.
A message from me to you...
You have joined us at a most exciting time! 

Right now we are in the grassroots stages of designing our online yoga studio for you to take with you wherever you are. So it's a great time to jump onboard and be along for the journey and the ride!

Members have a real say, especially during these early days, in what videos they want and what causes we give to.
Whether you have jet lag or arthritis, tight hamstrings or anxiety, you can request a video or a meditation for that.  Just ask!

You always get grandfathered in a the monthly rate you originally signed up with as long as you are a member, even when fees increase for others in the future!

I know that yoga WORKS for so many of the ailments and afflictions that we sometimes suffer as human beings. I am passionate about empowering you with the practical tools to be able to take care of your own mental and physical health.

As a trained 500hr yoga therapist, I care about your safety, a LOT. Teaching yoga for 20 years and practicing for 23 years has shaped me into an experienced and intuitive guide.

I, too, began as a home practitioner for the first 7 years on my living room floor. I understand first hand the pitfalls and perks involved with home practice.

Yoga doesn't have to be serious. It helps if it's fun. Play in your practice. Experiment and explore.

Go at your own pace, do what feels good in YOUR body and establish a practice that suits your needs.
